To enroll, you must be eligible for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) services in Pennsylvania. Talk to your Supports Coordinator to request a referral for Supported Employment. If you’re not receiving waiver funding, private pay options are also available.

Our team is happy to answer any questions you may have and help guide you through the enrollment process.

Supported Employment Services are typically funded through Pennsylvania’s Medicaid waiver programs, such as the Consolidated, Community Living, or Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS) waivers. There is no cost to individuals who qualify. Your Supports Coordinator can help you understand your funding options.

Services are person-centered and may include job exploration, resume building, interview preparation, job development, on-site job coaching, and long-term support to help you thrive in your role. Everything is tailored to your goals, strengths, and support needs.
