Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Behavior Consultant ABA
At Excentia Human Services, our ABA team helps children build communication, daily living, behavioral, and self-regulation skills through compassionate, individualized care.
We are currently hiring for two distinct clinical roles: Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA and Behavior Consultant ABA, and both positions play an important part in helping children and families experience meaningful progress in everyday life.
Growth Starts Here
In our clinic-based and IBHS ABA services, outcomes are driven by life, not only by standardized needs that affect education. Our goals are tied to each child’s developmental, behavioral, physical, and communication needs so progress can be seen across home, school, community, and daily routine
Tuition Reimbursement
Excentia supports your ongoing professional growth with tuition reimbursement, helping cover the cost of approved coursework, certifications, and CEU opportunities.
Signing Bonus
Eligible candidates may receive a signing bonus in recognition of the skills they bring to our clinical ABA team and their commitment to supporting children and families.
Flexible Scheduling
Flexible scheduling options, including the ability to incorporate remote administrative time when appropriate, help you maintain a strong work-life balance while meeting clinical needs.
Two Distinct Roles
Both positions are part of the same mission-driven ABA team but offer different ways to make an impact.
Our Board Certified Behavior Analyst role focuses on clinical leadership and program development, while the Behavior Consultant ABA role centers on assessment, direct treatment, and data-driven intervention. Candidates can explore each role to find the best fit for their skills and career goals.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA
Our BCBAs provide clinical leadership by conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising staff, and guiding the delivery of high-quality ABA services. This role is ideal for professionals who want to shape clinical programming, support strong treatment outcomes, and see concrete improvements in a child’s quality of life.
BCBAs help children strengthen communication, daily living, and self-regulation skills while also partnering with families and team members to ensure care is coordinated, ethical, and effective. In addition to direct clinical oversight, this role offers the opportunity to influence program development and help shape the future of Excentia’s ABA services.
Behavior Consultant ABA
The Behavior Consultant ABA provides clinical services within the IBHS ABA program through assessments, direct treatment, data analysis, and individualized behavior intervention planning. This role focuses on identifying strengths and needs, delivering evidence-based supports, monitoring progress, and helping children develop meaningful skills across home, school, and community settings.
Behavior Consultant ABA team members also collaborate closely with caregivers, staff, and interdisciplinary partners to ensure treatment is practical, consistent, and responsive to each child’s progress. While this role shares the same mission and many of the same clinical values as the BCBA position, it is a separate opportunity with its own scope and responsibilities.
What Both Roles Share
Both positions are part of the same mission-driven ABA team and are centered on improving the quality of life for children and families through individualized, data-informed care. In each role, clinicians support outcomes that matter in daily life, including communication growth, behavior support, independence, self-regulation, and family involvement.
