Supportive Homes. Meaningful Lives.
Our Traditional Residential Services provide people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) a safe, supportive, and community-integrated living environment. Designed with intention, our homes offer 24/7 support to help residents live as independently and meaningfully as possible.
Each home is staffed by trained Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who assist with daily living activities, personal care, medication management, community participation, and skill-building. Services are personalized to respect individual goals, preferences, and routines—ensuring each person leads a life filled with dignity, inclusion, and choice.
We collaborate closely with families, Support Coordinators, and clinical teams to create a caring home that promotes stability, independence, and long-term well-being.
Together, we help people thrive—not just live.
Rooted in Respect. Centered on You
In our residential homes, we believe that every person deserves more than just care—they deserve comfort, respect, and a true sense of home. Our approach goes beyond meeting basic needs. We create warm, welcoming environments where individuals feel safe, valued, and empowered to make their own choices. Our staff are not just caregivers—they’re partners in each person’s journey, dedicated to fostering independence, dignity, and a deep sense of belonging.

Answers to Common Questions
Choosing the right residential program for your loved one is a big decision. Our FAQ section provides answers to common questions about eligibility, daily life, family involvement, and more—so you can feel confident and informed every step of the way.
Our residential services are designed for adults with developmental disabilities who require support with daily living and benefit from a community-based home environment. Eligibility is typically determined through a person’s support coordinator or case manager and the state’s intellectual and developmental disabilities system.
Residential Services means living in a home with staff available 24/7. They help with daily needs, safety, and building independence while living with others in a family-like setting.
Supportive Living means living in your own home or apartment with support that comes and goes based on what you need. It’s designed for people who want more independence but still need some help along the way.
A member of our team can walk you through both options and help decide which may be the best fit for you or your loved one.
Most people receive funding for residential services through Pennsylvania’s Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) via Medicaid waiver programs such as the Consolidated Waiver. If you’re unsure about eligibility or how to begin, our team can help guide you through the process in partnership with your support coordinator or case manager.
We deeply value family involvement and hope to build a trusting relationship with every family we serve. While we understand that spending time in person isn’t always feasible, we make it easy to stay connected. Families are welcome to visit, participate in support planning, and stay engaged through tools like our Envision Group and a private Facebook page dedicated to family updates and connection. Whether near or far, we want you to feel informed, included, and supported in your loved one’s journey.
