We are expanding our programs to better serve the autism community.
Excentia Human Services is working to provide a variety of autism supports for children, adults, and families.
Autism Community Meetings
These monthly meetings are designed to build connections and support families with autism spectrum disorder. Individual care is provided for children and family members of attendees who require support and care.
Combine self-care, autism community networking, and advocating for your family member all in one on-the-move session! Join us at Park City Center or Long’s Park, depending on the weather. Drop-ins are welcome!
This service is offered as a resource to assist caregivers as they navigate the complex needs of individuals with developmental delays and autism. Liaisons assist families with accessing the appropriate services and supports, coordination of care, and provide guidance during transitions throughout the life span.
In-Home Supports
In home supports are individualized to meet the needs of individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder outlined in the Adult Autism Waiver. The program’s goal is to increase an individual’s independent living skills, decrease family/caregiver stress, and increase the individual’s quality of life.
